Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh (UTs).—
After Appendix H, insert the following Appendix, namely:—
                                               APPENDIX-I
                                           STATEMENT OF TRUTH
                      (Under First Schedule, Order VI- Rule 15A and Order XI- Rule 3)
